ok for further explanation you can visit the thread discussing the poll questions themselves - or read the setup here:
3 - If a member posts in any topic in a way that is off topic or personally insulting/flamming/inflamatory, the Originator of the topic, And/OR the person being insulted/flamed - has the right to request that the post be removed/moved from the thread (i.e to the PVP forum, or just to its own thread). Mods shall follow the request of the Originator of the topic, or the person subject to the insult.
Basically a Yes vote would mean we would make this a printed rule policy from here on out.
A no vote means we wouldn't.
Please note: Mods can (and I"m sure will) act on their own without the request of the poster, or the flamed one if they feel a thread is getting out of hand. It will be then based on their own jugdgement (although normally with a majority opinion among all moderators). They can then decide to delete an inflamatory post, or just move the thread to the PVP forum (or just move the post itself I guess...).
This rule does *not* mean the mods will *only* act on request of the OP or the "Insulted Poster". It just means that the mods WILL act without question at such a request, and that it will be in the rules for all to see and understand.
(hope that made sense - this one was most difficult to word)

Vote of yes with the proviso that the mod immediately provides a reasoning of why it was removed/moved. Too often have I seen posts just dissapear in other forums which result in more cancer.

ok, Poll Closed...though I can't find the button for it..still..
(maybe because I replied to my own poll...hrm...)
This will be an added addendum to the newly revised Rule. I shall also push for it to include a statement that any action take by a mod at the request of someone, be posted in the thread in question - as to what they did and why.
Even if its a simple "Flaming got too much, moved to PVP" or "OP requested this post be removed/moved"
